What is free?

Morning prayers, the Angelus and Evening prayers play in full, with no account and no charge. The other recordings play a 60-second preview.

How much is full access?

In the iPhone app: a yearly subscription for 59 zł, renewed automatically by the App Store.
On oremus.fm: a yearly subscription for 59 zł, or a one-off year for 69 zł that does not renew.

Full access covers every prayer in full, downloads and listening offline.

Does access bought in one place work in the other?

Yes. Sign in to the app and the website with the same e-mail address and your access shows up in both.

There are no passwords. You enter your e-mail address and we send a six-digit code to it. If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder and ask for a new one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Bought in the app: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, Oremus and Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Bought on the website: sign in at oremus.fm, open Account and choose Manage subscription.

After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid year.

I changed phones and cannot see my purchase

In the app open Settings (Ustawienia, the gear icon in Biblioteka) and tap Przywróć zakupy (Restore purchases). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles in-app purchases, so request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We handle purchases made on oremus.fm ourselves, write to [email protected].

Music and background sounds

In the player you can turn on music chosen for the prayer and any nature sounds, several at once, each with its own volume. The sleep timer (moon icon) gently fades everything out.

Reminders do not arrive

In the iPhone Settings, under Notifications, check that Oremus may send notifications and that no Focus mode is on. You can change the reminder times in the app settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings (Ustawienia, the gear icon in Biblioteka) and Usuń konto (Delete account). On the website: Account and Delete account. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription, cancel it separately as described above.
